    Our Journal Development Philosophy

We listed the above journals to accommodate the research interests of all active members of the SSGS Academy. For the journals to ultimately leapfrog traditional journals in the same fields, we and client journal houses interested in growing them up to excellence in research, integration of knowledge, applications, and teaching (RIAT), for example, must institute them in line with the Oselux and AfriWorld Publishing tenets. These tenets are summarised by the affordances of our 5 Forces and 7E Research and Enterprise Philosophy, also called Oselux Philosophy for short.

The additional takeaway from Oselux Journals, as they are also called, is that whereas traditional journals live mainly on existing innovations in their host departments, Oselux Journals are pre-eminently and continuously enriched by ideas, insights, and research findings from the entire Oselux Ecosystem of Digital Higher Education Platforms and Marketplaces. Currently, there are ten cash-cow digital platforms involved – www.oseluxworldhero3e.com, www.icred7e.com, www.glotress.co.uk, www.afrihero.org.uk, www.sigma-zconsulting.com, www.duicrehud.com, www.7emastertutors.com, www.ssgsacademy.com, www.afriworldpublishing.com, and www.oseluxdigitalux.com.

There are potentially a limitless number of such platforms, since the very essence of the Oselux Philosophy is to create them from PhDTechs we supervise directly in our partner universities, support them through the above platforms, especially the Global Tuition and Research Support Services platform, www.glotress.co.uk, finance them through scholarships in leading universities around the world, and more importantly develop them in our own Oselux University, also called in full The International Research and Enterprise University (TIREDU), of which the ICRED, www.icred7e.com, is a precursor.

It is noteworthy that a system that produces that many PhDTechs, most of which are spun-off as for-profit, social enterprises or charities, with more than 100 of them and their corresponding digital firms fully structured end-to-end, is a once-in-a lifetime phenomenon. This is why, at the risk of sounding immodest, it is inconceivable that any other institution now or in the future will come close enough to the exacting RIAT and 5 Forces-7E excellence that is immanent in Oselux – the Light of God and hence the Corporate Academic University of the Holy Spirit.

Why are our journals, superbooks, and research monographs world-beating?

In addition to the above quality markers, our inimitable excellence in publishing rests on a unique editing and reviewing system, which operates at more levels than any conventional publishing system currently in existence. This system consists of the below steps.

    1. The Executive Editor initially screens a manuscript to ensure that most of the seven criteria of research and publishing excellence in the Ladder of Contributions to Knowledge section of the Research Methods Canvas © are potentially there, as a judgment of fittingness with the journal remits, before releasing the manuscript for further independent reviews.
    2. A body of three expert academic reviewers
    3. A body of expert professional reviewers
    4. A body of crowd editors based on a voting system within our diversified database of users, expert delegates to our training events in the fields and areas, members of 3E professional associations, and Amazon-style social media traffic and ratings
    5. Downstream in the review process, an insistence that at least criteria 1-4, especially item 4 of the Ladder of Contributions to Knowledge Criteria focused on passing beyond theory building to model development, interpreted broadly, be met in the manuscript
    6. Allowing enough space in the publication for each publication to develop these criteria in good actionable detail, so long as the material content is on message paged by page.

Given that most A-list journals use mainly items 1 and 2 above, our six criteria-based Manuscript Review System sets our publications apart and enhance their impact regarding the Oselux Vision. As noted above, we accommodate manuscripts in any field that agree to use the above criteria and AfriWorld Publishing system as their publishing platform.
